I really love to travel, so this time I decided to do a feature that would allow you to see the city I live in. Wrocław is one of the biggest cities in Poland with a population around 630 000 citizens. During it's history it was a part of Poland, Bohemia,
Hungary, Germany, Prussia, Austrian Empire territory. Organized settlements in this place started it's existence in the 6th century and it was stated a "city" in year 1000 with around 1000 citizens at that time. The city lays on river Oder and has around 300 bridges and smaller footbridges - places top 10 in Europe. Wrocław has a rich history, but I will not write it here, I don't want anyone to get bored.
Today, my city is a huge academic center, a place with a lot of tourists and it's also called polish silicone valley as many IT companies have their R&D centres here. Enjoy the view.
